One vehicle had to be towed following a crash Monday at Souris Avenue and Eva Street, and a driver was charged under the Traffic Safety Act for stopping before it was safe to do so.

The Estevan Police Service said nobody was injured in the collision.

Police also responded to a disturbance on the north end of the city. A 41-year-old female was arrested for breaching conditions of a release order and a Peace Order bond. She was remanded into custody and brought before a provincial court judge.

A 68-year-old man was also arrested Monday for breaching conditions of a Peace Bond. He was released on an undertaking a couple hours after his arrest.

And police responded to a dispute at an apartment in the north end of town. Nothing criminally occurred, but one person was arrested for public intoxication and was lodged until sober.
