A 27-year-old Estevan man was charged Sunday night with breaching the conditions of his undertaking, according to police.
Estevan Police Service Const. Don Dechief said the man contacted someone he prohibited from contacting.
The defendant is due in court Monday morning.
Police also reported attending to a domestic dispute in northwest Estevan. The matter was resolved peacefully, and police transported one occupant to another residence for the night.
