The Red Deer Agri-trade show takes place this week from November 7th to 10th.

For $10, participants can explore new inventions and services in the agriculture industry.

However, Show Event Manager, Patrick Kennedy says the show isn't just about agriculture, it's family-friendly as well. Kennedy says there are household items on display, as well as a collector toy show.

The program also includes a seed and hay show from the Olds College. A presentation from the Agriculture Careers and Advantage is planned, which is aimed at youth in the agriculture business.

The shows run daily from 9:00am until 5:00pm.
