The Estevan Bruins have won back-to-back games after a 3-2 win over the Yorkton Terriers Saturday night in Yorkton.

After Yorkton tied the game at 2-2 in the third period, Bruins forward Evan Forrest appeared to have scored, but the goal was waved off. But Estevan would get the go ahead goal from captain Kade Runke just a few minutes later, which proved to be the game winner.

Forrest scored in the first period, while Alex Blanchard scored in the second period for the Bruins, who improved to 15-13.

Yorkton, who fell to 8-13, got goals from Tijs Frey and Greg Nelson.

The Bruins are now off until Friday when they travel to Weyburn to take on the rival Red Wings.
