The Estevan Bruins got a much needed come from behind road win in Kindersley Wednesday night, beating the Klippers 3-2 in a shootout.

Trailing the Klippers 2-1 late in the third period, Bruins defenceman Alex Blanchard tied the game late to force overtime.

Estevan eventually won the game in a shootout with captain Kade Runke scoring the winner.

With the victory the Bruins snapped a four-game losing skid and improved to 9-10 on the year.

Following a road-heavy schedule in the month of October, Estevan now heads home for a seven game homestand at Affinity Place.
