The Estevan Police Service is reporting that officers responded to 64 occurrences throughout the weekend.

Some of those occurrences include: 

  • A report of a male being harassed. Members spoke with the male and the matter is still under investigation.
  • A male was reportedly causing a disturbance at a local business. The male was spoken to and warned of his actions.
  • A stolen wallet was reported with the cards in the wallet being used at local businesses. The matter is under investigation.
  • Several males were reportedly involved in a fight outside of a local business. Members attended and dispersed the individuals.
  • An intoxicated male was reported at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Members attended to assist staff with the male, who was arrested, and lodged in cells until sober.
  • Several noise complaints were dealt with over the weekend.
  • Police received a report of a gas drive-off at a local service station. The matter is under investigation.
  • A report of a male uttering threats to staff members at a local establishment. Statement to be obtained, with the matter under investigation.
