CRAIG BIRD:

The 101st Anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge will be held on April 7th in Estevan, as the community once again gathers to honour the historic, nation-defining battle from World War One.

Craig Bird, Commanding Officer.

Our local Estevan Elks PPCLI Army Cadets (#2901), in conjuction with the Royal Canadian Legion - Estevan, will once again open the ceremonies up to the public so that the whole community can learn more about the battle and reflect on the sacrifices made.

Thanks to Commanding Officer Craig Bird for joining us on Sun102 to chat!
