Not only is the tournament a fun weekend for the over 30 hockey players from Estevan and area, the southeast, and teams from across Saskatchewan...but it's a massive fundraiser for the Estevan Strippers Hockey Club.

The team donates money back into the community with the funds they raise, primarily from this tournament. For examples, the Strippers' have donated towards the 2018 Estevan Tankard Committee ($5,300), the 2016 Saskatchewan Summer Games ($16,000) and the 2016 Western Canada Cup ($7,500). Those are just three examples of dozens made over the past 20 years or so of fundraising.

In addition to raffle prizes (approximately $15,000 worth thanks to local sponsors), there will be a cabaret at the Power Dodge Curling Centre headlined by music acts on Friday (Crossroads) and Saturday (Third Degree Birnz).

Good luck to all the players in the tournament, and enjoy the weekend!!!
