A team of Estevan pool players will have a chance to compete for a national title in Alberta, following a weekend tournament in Estevan.
The squad of Dennis Ramos (team captain), Edwin Arcenas, Jesus Gonzales, and Melissa Donison won the 2023 Legion provincial 8-ball tournament at the Branch 60 Legion Hall.
Five teams, including three from Estevan, entered the tournament. Swift Current and Alameda also had teams.
They will represent Saskatchewan at the Dominion Championship in Innisfail, Alta. from May 26-29.
