Sun 102 was joined by Angela Prette with the Estevan Humane Society, to tell us all about some exciting events coming up.

The 7th Annual Dog Jog on Sunday, June 3rd from noon to 4 pm at Rotary Park in Woodlawn. People of all ages can collect pledges for a chance to win prizes. Pledge sheets can be found at https://www.estevanhumanesociety.ca/ or picked up at the shelter.

New this year is a 'Dog Show' with prizes and a photo studio set up. Along with more than a few activities.

Angela also told us of there 24th Birthday Bash on June 16th from 11 am to 4 pm.  Which is a huge accomplishment for our community with Estevan being only 1 of 3 no kill shelters left in Saskatchewan.
