COVID-19 hospitalizations continue to rise in Saskatchewan.

A day after setting a new single day record for hospitalized cases (363), the province announced a higher number of hospitalizations on Tuesday with 370.

Despite the rise, the new cases in Saskatchewan continue to decrease. The province reported 661 new cases of the virus on Tuesday, down from 736 the day before.

The seven-day average of daily new cases fell to 1,105, and there was one new death confirmed.

The COVID-19 cases in Estevan's South East Sub Zone 4 remain low. There were four new cases reported on Tuesday, and 201 active cases.

The whole South East Zone saw 22 new cases, and the active case count dropped to 756. 

There were three new hospitalized cases in the South East Zone on Tuesday, and now 11 hospitalizations in total.
