Residential lots in the new Trojan Subdivision are now open to the public after just thirteen people put their names into Friday's lottery.

According Mayor Gary St. Onge, the lottery resulted in eight option lots, with the other participants opting to pass. A multi-family lot was picked up by Hirsch Construction.

Mayor St. Onge adds that the most expensive lot in the new subdivision is over $100,000 for 1690 square metres.
