Lyle was live on Location at Tim Horton’s on 4th Street to Pay it Forward with CJ1150.

With the simple act of giving someone a Tim's card for five dollars and then getting them to pay it forward with the next Tim’s card, you can kick-start a chain reaction of generosity and thoughtful behavior, brightening the mood of friends, neighbors, and strangers alike. Paying it forward in this way will feel good and make someone else feel good, too.

One good deed might not seem like much, but if everyone did something good for someone else, then the cycle of generosity and kindness can spark us to become better people.

Pay It Forward exists to make a difference by creating a huge ripple of kindness felt across the city. Of course, our hope is that people pay kindness forward every day and make each day that little bit brighter. Small acts, when multiplied by a couple of people can literally change the city for the better.

When you arrive at the drive-through window to pay for your order, tell the cashier that you’d like to pay for the order behind yours as well. We had a few people do just that as we passed out the Tim Horton’s Gift Cards.

Sharing the joy of the season and who doesn’t like receiving a free gift.
