41 year old Jack Eugene Essary from the Missouri area, made his second court appearance in Estevan Provincial Court on Monday. He was remanded into custody until his next court appearance on May 3rd in Estevan.
He is charged with five Customs Act offences relating to failing to report and smuggling goods into Canada along with nine Criminal Code offences (carrying concealed weapons, possessing firearms without a licence, possessing a loaded prohibited firearm and unlawfully importing firearms).
