An Estevan man was held in custody overnight for failing to comply with the conditions of his conditional sentence order.

EPS Cst. Danielle Stephany said the 35 year old breached his curfew and a clause that said he could not consume alcohol or drugs.

The man is expected to appear in court Wednesday.

Police were also called to a crash between two vehicles in the Trojan area. Stephany said nobody was hurt, but both vehicles were towed, and police are still investigating the incident.

And a pair of domestic disturbance calls were resolved without further incident.

One was to a residence in the Hillside area.

"Members were able to speak with both parties and diffuse the situation, and no further action was required," said Stephany.

The other was at a residence in the downtown core.

"The subject of complaint had left the residence prior to members arriving on scene," said Stephany. "It was determined that just an argument had taken place."

Stephany said no further action was required for that call either.
