Winter is fast approaching (we couldn't say Winter is Coming without hearing from Mr. Martin again) and Norm Mack and the City of Estevan have lots to prepare between now and then. The first phase of their transition to winter is Operation Clean Sweep.

As Norm explained on Tuesday morning, it's not just the city who's cleaning up this week. They've got a free landfill weekend coming up for you to get rid of some leftover garbage for the summer. To talk about that and more of the city's pre-winter prep, here's Norm Mack.
