We all know Canada has four seasons: almost winter, winter, still winter, and construction. I'm not sure who made that joke, but it looks pretty accurate.

We seem to be mired in still-winter right now, but construction season is coming, and Norm Mack and the City of Estevan are ready for it. Once the frost thaws, there will be plenty of potholes to fill in and lines to be repainted, so the busiest time of year for city crews is on the horizon.

Norm talked to us on Tuesday morning about the busy spring ahead of him, and how the process for taking care of a pothole actually works. He also touched on how busy drivers can expect it to get during construction season.

When the snow and ice all thaw out, Norm Mack and his crew will shift gears to spring cleanup. Hopefully it's sooner than later.
