After an 18  month break due to COVID,  the Cramer Ag Expo was back last week, rebranded this year as the Saskatchewan Livestock Expo.

The one day agriculture trade show in Swift Current involves feed companies, nutritionists, farm equipment, dealers, livestock equipment, dealers, forge seed dealers, anything to do with agriculture in the southwest.

Event Manager Doug Cramer says this was the 12th year for the show which features an Egg and Pork Carcass Competition.

Gary Wisegarber of Regina was the judge for this years egg competition.

Cramer says egg producers send in 30 eggs, which are then judged based on quality and awarded prizes in three divisions, those eggs are then sold in the sale of champions with all the money going to charity.
