The Viterra Scotties women's curling provincials wrapped up in Estevan Sunday afternoon with Robyn Silvernagle's rink beating Nancy Martin's 8-4 in the final.

Team Silvernagle, who curl out of the Twin Rivers Curling Club in North Battleford, led 3-1 after three ends, and 5-2 after five. They'll go on to represent Saskatchewan in the national Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Kamloops from February 17-26.

There will be some household names amongst the competition, including six-time Canadian champion Jennifer Jones representing Manitoba, three-time champion Rachel Homan suiting up for Ontario, and Kerri Einarson leading Team Canada after the 2022 championship.

Silvernagle's team, which includes lead Kara Thevenot, second Sherry Just, third Kelly Schafer, and Silvernagle as skip, beat the Sherry Anderson rink of Saskatoon 12-7 in the semis on Sunday.

Silvernagle's mother, Anita Silvernagle, is lead on Team Anderson.

Estevan's Team Ricci won one of four games during the tournament.
