How thrilling! The final submissions for our Perfect Pet Contest!
Once again we received so many incredible entries from pet owners all over the southeast, showcasing their beloved furry, feathered, or scaly friends. From dogs and cats to hamsters and cows, the contest has truly captured the diverse and wonderful world of pets.
Our esteemed judge, Dawn Klassen of All Creatures Boarding & Training, has the tough task of choosing the winner. Dawn is a professional pet trainer with years of experience in working with animals. She knows what it takes to be a perfect pet, and we're excited to see which submission catches her eye.
The prize for the winner is a $50 gift card to All Creatures Boarding & Training, as well as another $50 gift card to Rodeo Dawg. These amazing prizes will be sure to make any pet owner and their pet happy!

Oliver is a 22lb Nebelung who loves to curl up on my chest for snuggles, loves to carry his favourite sushi toy in his mouth and bring it to you and loves treats. No need for an alarm as he will be right next to you in the morning meowing to make sure you get up.Bella

She’s an 8-year-old rescue dog. Black lab and brindle terrier cross. She is very attached to her humans and rarely wanders far from us. She is a kind, gentle soul who loves life. She also loves mealtime, carrots right out of the garden and playing tug-of-war.Brandy
This is my friendly giant. She is so laid back it’s unimaginable. Very friendly with people and especially other dogs. She loves to play with smaller dogs as she will lay down to play with them. I think she thinks the small dogs are her puppies.Hank

He is so cute and adorable. He likes to eat and we make him mazes. He is smart because he can do the mazes. We take care of Hank by feeding him and giving him good love. We play with him and brush him. We give him vitamins, lettuce, dill and lettuce to make him really strong.Sonic
Sonic is a sweet and silly boy. He was the runt of his litter and has some funny eccentricities and always wants to be involved though he has no clue what’s going on. We love him so much.Yeti

Our family adopted Fox in May of 2017 from Bright Eyes dog rescue. She is now 12 years old already. Fox has been the perfect addition to our family from the start! She rarely barks and is such a good girl. She wants to be right by our side at all times, and those big brown eyes are just begging for extra attention and more love! These days, with age slowing her down, she loves to lay in a sunny spot on the floor and snooze away. She is the perfect companion as I work from home and she keeps me company with snuggles all day long❤️Bentley

Luna the long-haired girl is almost 2 years old and she's very grumpy as you can see in the picture, she is pushing her very buggy 8-month-old brother Bentley away, Bentley is a rescue from the Humane Society and he does not leave his grumpy sister alone, he wants attention 24/7.
Hank
Hank is 2.5 years old. He is a purebred European Great Dane. He loves his sister Roxi (a lab/retriever) and his mom and dad, his house cats and most of the barn cats! He loves going to mom's work to see the residents at the home I’m Stoughton. He gets so much attention and pets everywhere he goes! He is a good boy and in his moms eyes, the perfect pet!Pearl
Hi Pearl is a high-energy working German Shepard, she loves playing ball and hearding up the goats and horses. She likes long walks in the moose mountain park and car rides.Fynn
Fynn is the sweetest, loving, goodest boy. He is a Burmese mountain dog cross with Australian Shepard. he loves running to the neighbours, playing with kids, snuggles, belly rubs and bones! he hates vegetables and anything else that may be healthy for you. He is so loved. Fynn is 3 years old.
