UPDATE:

As of 10:15 a.m., vehicles are moving across the 13th Avenue rail crossing as normal.

There's no word yet on what caused the malfunction, with CP saying they're looking into the matter.

 

Red lights have been flashing at the rail crossing on 13th Avenue in Estevan, with motorists opting to take alternate routes.

This began sometime before 8:20 a.m. As of 8:28 a.m., there does not appear to be a train crossing 13th Avenue. It does not look as though any CP crews are working on the scene.

There's no word on whether this is a malfunction, or how long the delay will last.
