The weather in Saskatchewan has always been known to fluctuate and the next few days will be no different from the strange weather patterns we see around this time of year.

Terri Lang with Environment Canada explained the types of weather we will see over the next couple of days.

"We have a low-pressure system that is moving through northern Saskatchewan and that is bringing in some southeast winds. Those winds always bring in milder air. We are looking at some nice temperatures over the next couple of days, highs in the mid to high teens. That holds through till about Saturday and then by Tuesday or Wednesday we go on a cooling trend. Tuesday and Wednesday we have a chance of precipitation starting to move in."

Farmers are encouraged to get into the fields and finish what they have left for cereals and oilseeds.
