A regular review of the Workers’ Compensation system in Saskatchewan will be getting underway. To help with the review, the Workers’ Compensation Act Committee of Review is looking for feedback from the public.

"Hearing the public's feedback on The Workers' Compensation Act is an important way to ensure that legislation is current, and meeting the needs of the public," Labour Relations and Workplace Safety Minister Don Morgan said. "We look forward to hearing from organizations and individuals."

Submissions from the public will be accepted from November 1st to December 1st. From there, consultation meetings will be held in 2022. Many of the meetings will be conducted using the Zoom platform.

Legislation requires a review of the workers’ compensation system to be conducted at least every five years. The last review was in 2016.
