CARPENDALE - Mrs. Joan Carpendale of Oxbow, passed away at the Galloway Health Centre, Oxbow on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the age of 75. A Funeral Service will be held at the St. Paul's United Church, Oxbow on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Mrs. Sandy Dalziel will officiate. Interment will follow at the Oxbow Cemetery.
