Jerome Eldstrom passed away at the Estevan Regional Nursing Home, Estevan, SK on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the age of 71 years.

There will be no formal funeral service. Jerome will be laid to rest beside his parents at Souris Valley Memorial Gardens, Estevan, on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend. Those wishing to make donations in Jerome’s memory may do so directly to the New Estevan Regional Nursing Home, 1201 – 2nd Street, Estevan, SK, S4A 0M1.
