TESSIER – On Tuesday, February 5, Norman Noel Tessier, late of Estevan, passed away in Estevan at the age of 87 years. Prayers will be held on Sunday, February 10 at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. in St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Estevan. Interment will follow in Souris Valley Memorial Gardens, Estevan.
