While they didn't find a championship win, the Estevan Bantam Twins proved to be a team to beat as they took part in provincial tournament over the weekend.

"We did finish in the top four, so we're pretty proud of that. We lost in the semi-final game," said Head Coach TJ Babyak, "Pitching was definitely our strong suit. I believe we were the team to hold other teams to the lowest amount of runs in the tournament, so can't complain about that. Just couldn't get the series of hits and put it all together there at the end."

"This was just really a tournament team, great group of kids, I absolutely loved being around them. They came together, they had a lot of fun, and we played some really good ball. We got some compliments from other coaches and umps along the way, so I'm very proud," he added.

The Twins finished the tournament with 2 wins and 2 losses.
