The Estevan Bantam Bearcats came halfway to snapping a four game losing streak Wednesday night.

The girls travelling to Milestone, where they took on the Flyers. Kiley Davis gave Estevan a 1-0 lead on a feed from Kamri Olfert, approximately four minutes into the first period, while netminder Emmey Rae held it there to enter the intermission up a goal.

In the second frame, Kate Williams found the Flyers' equalizer with six minutes left, leaving the two teams looking to find a way to break the stalemate when they came out for the third.

However, Rae stood up for the Bearcats and Kamrie Kaufmann denied any Estevan attempts at scoring right to the end, neither team walking away with a victory.

This gives the Bantam Bearcats their second tie of the year, the first being against the Regina Renegades in October.

They're back in action on December 1st against the Wood River Ice Cats.
