The WHL's Prince Albert Raiders will have a new leader of the pack this year, and it just may be a face that folks from the southeast can put a name to.

Estevan product Brayden Pachal was tapped to wear the big Captain's 'C' for the team in the upcoming 2018-19 season. This comes in his third year with the organization, since being traded from the Victoria Royals in 2016-17. He's scored 10 goals and racked up 38 points over 98 games since.

The 19 year old and his teammates will hit the ice for their first preseason game on Thursday.
