Estevan native Preston Brodziak has committed to play for the Nanaimo Clippers in the British Columbia Hockey League next season.

The 1999 born forward joins Nanaimo after spending this past season with the Regina Pat Canadians of the Saskatchewan Midget AAA League.

Brodziak scored 13 goals and 23 assists in 43 regular season games. He helped the Pat Canadians win the SMAAAHL Championship, scoring 16 points in 11 games.

At the Telus Cup Western Regional, Preston was named the top forward while scoring 7 points in 4 games. During the Telus Cup in Prince George he finished with 8 points in 7 games played.
