After being relegated to the runner up spot 5 times in a row on the weekly list, Estevan Bruins goaltender Bo Didur has finally received goaltender of the month honors from the SJHL.

After the Bruins' only loss of the season against the Weyburn Red Wings on March 2nd, Didur morphed himself into a brick wall. He closed out the regular season with three wins straight, then proceeded to add another six to his belt, backing up his team as they swept the Kindersley Klippers in the first round of playoffs, and then shutting down the Battlefords North Stars in the first two matches of the semifinals.

Throughout the month of March the 5'10, Vancouver native posted a 2.40-GAA, .921-SPCT and a shutout (5-0 against the Klippers). So far in the playoffs, he's got a 1.67 GAA and .943 SPCT after going 2.46 GAA and .920 SPCT in the regular season.

Meanwhile, forward Arthur Miller was named as the Player of the Week. The Regina native led the Bruins with two goals per game to a 2-0 series lead over the Battlefords North Stars. Overall in the playoffs so far, he's racked up 5 goals and three assists in 6 games after a regular season performance that included 21 goals and 18 assists over 40 games.

But wait, there's more. The accolades continue to pour in for the black and gold as, unsurprisingly, forward Tanner Manz received the nod as Rookie of the Week. Having been a consistent player all regular season long, though with only 7 goals and 8 assists over 55 games, he shone in the playoffs. Over 6 games he's raked in 4 goals and an assist, including his hat trick night on March 31st against Battlefords.

Didur, Miller and Manz will hit the ice Monday night along with the rest of their teammates for game three against the North Stars.
