It was an up and down day for the Candace Chisholm rink yesterday during day three at the Viterra Provincial Scotties in Melfort.

During the day's first draw, Chisholm jumped out to a 1-0 lead after stealing one from team Holland. After Holland scored one in the third, Chisholm scored two in the 4th, stole two in both the 5th and 6th, adding one more in the 7th to pick up the 8-1 victory and move to 3-2.

Taking on the Eberle rink in the evening draw, the two teams went back and forth throughout the game, with Chisholm tying the game up at five in the ninth end with a deuce. Eberle would score a single in the 10th end to give her team the win. The loss dropped the Chisholm rink into a tie for 4th place at 3-3.

Entering day four in Melfort on Friday, the Chisholm rink has a chance to book their ticket to the playoffs with a pair of wins. In the day's first draw at 2:00, Chisholm will square off with the Martin rink before taking on Saskatoon's team Lawton at 7:30.
