The ECS Elecs Senior Girl's Volleyball won 25-14 and 25-22 against Saskatoon Christian School, then 25-13 and 25-13 against Midale. They then lost 16-25 in their first set against Carnduff but then came back fighting with a 25-10 win in their second set. The Elecs made it to playoffs but soon lost the first game against Moose Jaw Central 25-16 and 25-17. Their last game of the day was a close battle against Moose Jaw Vanier. The first set was a close loss of 25-21, then the Elecs managed to get ahead in the second set winning 25-20. Unfortunately, in the last set, the Elecs couldn't get ahead of the Vanier and had a close loss of 16-14.

Coach Nicole Rogalski shares, "Today was a big improvement from what we saw yesterday, they came out really strong in our first couple of games, we won our full matches. Then got to our playoff, which was awesome and played a great first game. We then made it to the semi-finals and I think that was our best game of the weekend. The girls fought for every single point, but unfortunately, we didn't win. We had a meeting afterwards and I think the girls agree that even though we didn't make it to the finals, we grew as a team and we improved our skills. It was a good weekend overall."

The ECS Elecs Senior Girls Volleyball team are in the midst of the volleyball tournament taking place at the Estevan Comprehensive School this weekend. This evening they played hard and won three of their six sets. they lost their first set against Lampman 25-17 then took a 25-21 win.
They then played two sets against Moose Jaw Central and won both 25-10 and 25-13. The Moose Jaw Vanier then gave the Elecs a tough time and the Elecs lost both sets coming close in their first set 25-23 and then 25-10 in their second.

Nicole Rogalski, Coach of the ECS Elecs Senior Girls Volley Ball team, "Overall we played fairly well. It is tough coming in sometimes when you have all your friends and all your family coming to watch. With every sports game, your mental game is really tough so I think that's what got us in our last game, but overall I think they did quite well. They got some awesome hits and some very good plays."

The Elecs play again today and are hoping to make it to the playoffs. Rogalski shares, "They need to regroup, focus on themselves and we do a lot of deep breathing, a little bit of meditation, focusing on what we need to work on and our mental game. That's helped us for the most part so the girls just need to regroup and come back with a fresh mind today."
