Lots of volleyball action was taking place in the gymnasium at the Estevan Comprehensive School over the weekend, as the ECS Senior Girls team hosted an invitational tournament.

They weren't an easy opponent either. They battled their way to the semi finals, facing Saskatoon Christian and conquering. Taking on Notre Dame in the finals, they were unable to come out on top, however, coach Nicole Sinclair wasn't discouraged, noting that it was still exciting to place second at home.

The final scores from their games are below:

Lampman: 17-25, 24-26

Manor: 25-13, 25-8

Notre Dame: 25-18, 18-25

Saskatoon Christian School: 25-23, 25-15

Midale: 25-14, 25-23

Lemberg: 25-13, 25-13
