The beginning of July will be a hectic time for Estevan Lacrosse, as this year they will play host to the Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association Provincial Championships, July 6-8.

"Provincials is a big deal in Saskatchewan, it's great," said Estevan Lacrosse President Marc Seeman, "And especially with our teams who are doing great this year. We should see them all perform well."

The Midget, Bantam and Peewee divisions will participate, with 8 teams in each. They will come from as far as Prince Albert, Saskatoon and Yorkton to compete in Affinity Place and the Power Dodge Ice Center for the title.

"We have some great teams this year, and all the kids are excited. I think we'll do pretty well," Seeman added.
