A bronze medal game is on the horizon for Chase Foord and the Peewee Team Sask at box lacrosse nationals in Ontario.

On Thursday they pulled out a 7-3 win over Nova Scotia to advance, Estevan's Chase Foord scoring two goals and an assist in the effort. The Bronze game is scheduled for Saturday at 7:00 PM, facing an as-of-yet undetermined opponent.

Meanwhile, Bantam nationals kicked off Thursday morning with Nathan Wagstaff and Team Sask taking on Manitoba, for a 10-3 defeat. Wagstaff opened the scoring for Sask early in the game, but it wasn't enough.

Their next game matches them with Ontario at 10:30 Friday morning.
