Estevan's Wyatt Haux is returning home with a gold medal and some golden memories after his time with Team Canada at the World Junior Lacrosse Championships in Saskatoon.

A former Estevan Lacrosse player, and more recently a member of the Saskatchewan SWAT, Haux and his national squad went undefeated to win the title.

After defeating Team Iroquois 26-9, Canada took a 16-7 decision over the USA to advance to the final, once again facing Iroquois where they found a 15-10 victory for the gold.
