Estevan's Wyatt Haux, a former player on the local lacrosse scene and more recently a member of the Saskatchewan Swat, is already making his presence felt at the World Junior Lacrosse Championships.

Team Canada opened up against Team Iroquois and unleashed a volley of points, to give themselves a dominating 26-9 victory Wednesday night.

Haux himself found the net in the second period on even strength, giving Canada a 12-5 lead. He would later also set up teammate Brandon Szabo in the fourth to bring the score to 25-9.

Canada takes on Team USA on Friday at 7:30 PM.
