Despite a lopsided win over Moose Jaw, winning 11-1, the Midget AA Bruins never lost discipline.

"I thought we played food overall," shared Head Coach, Riley Hengen. "Moose Jaw has been struggling this year so it was important for us to stick to what we know and not pick up any bad habits in a game like that when the score is getting a little out of hand."

"I thought our guys were disciplined all game and were responsible in our own end, which we ask of them every game."

He added that it is easy during games like that one to pick up bad habits and deviate from the system so he was pleased to see that wasn't the case.

"guys weren't running around getting out of position. We just tried to sharpen our games when scores are a little out of hand."

The team will travel to Prince Albert next weekend for a tournament
