For the second straight season, Nathan Wagstaff has been selected to play for Team Saskatchewan.

In 2017, Wagstaff made Team Sask as a part of the Pee Wee program in Estevan. This year, Wagstaff moved on to suit up for the Bantam Voltz, where he has seen some early success during his first year in the bantam ranks.

"He's a special player, very patient on the floor and very skilled," said Wagstaff's Bantam Coach, Blaine Chrest. "We sometimes forget that he is actually a first year, he competes hard against all the second years and is one of the top bantam players in the province."

Chrest also said that hard work has paid off for Wagstaff, who continues to impress those around him.

"Nathan is very skilled, very confident and easy to coach. He works very hard at his game and deserves everything he gets, he works hard at it."
