The Estevan Peewee Bruins hit the ice Sunday afternoon and were not on their A-game. They did have a few good passes and plays but were unable to get ahead of the Swift Current Broncos.

"It wasn't up to our potential that's for sure. I thought we had a great first period and their goalie played well and made some big saves," shared Coach of the Peewee Bruins Arron Miller.

"We had 17 shots in the first and they were taken over and they got the break there and stole some momentum when our own defenceman tipped it in our net. I think everything they got was because of us, it's not like they did anything special, 2 of the power plays goals were just our guys didn't know what they were doing and in the wrong spot. Every goal was something we did, not something they did."

The Team will be working on the basics and conditioning to prepare for their next game, next weekend.
