Another quarterback has been added to the Saskatchewan Roughriders stable of pivots ahead of the 2017 season.

Vince Young (turns 34 in May) has officially signed with the team and was introduced to Rider fans during a press conference Thursday afternoon.

Young is listed at 6'5 and comes with a pedigree including a NCAA College National Championship with the Texas Longhorns in 2006, the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year with the Tennessee Titans in 2006, and a two-time Pro-Bowl player in the NFL.

The deal with the Saskatchewan Roughriders is for one-year plus an option.

Young joins a list of quarterbacks entering the 2017 season that includes: Kevin Glenn, Brandon Bridge, Jake Waters, and G.J. Kinne.
