The Saskota Baseball League came to Estevan on Sunday, both the Met's Field and Lynne Prime Park, as four teams each engaged in two games.

The Southeast Fireballs and Windthorst Pirates squared off with the former taking the match 5-3. At the same time, the Estevan Tap House Wolves gave a 17-0 drubbing to the Kipling Royals.

The Pirates then crossed town to play the Wolves, to fall 8-1, while the Kipling Royals hopped over to Met's to lose 2-0 to the Fireballs.

With the two wins on Sunday the Wolves have nine straight victories, and bump the Oxbow Chiefs out of their first place spot on the standings.

Saskota resumes on Tuesday with five games. The Estevan Tap House Wolves take on the Cubs in Kenosee, the Southeast Fireballs pay a visit to the A's in Redvers, the Carnduff Astros host the Arcola Threshers, the Kipling Royals welcome the Carlyle Cardinals, and the Oxbow Chiefs head to Windthorst to play the Pirates. All games are scheduled for 6:30.
