Several southeast Saskatchewan born and bred hockey players are already making themselves a name after only a month of professional sport.

Oxbow's Tanner Jeannot has tallied 2 goals over the spread of 8 games with the Milwaukee Admirals, the AHL affiliate of the Nashville Predators.

Carlyle's Cale Fleury has already racked up a goal and three assists over seven games with the Laval Rockets, the feeder team for the Montreal Canadiens, and is being hailed as a strong option to be called up should a Habs defenceman go down.

Meanwhile, Estevan's Tanner Froese was released by the ECHL's Idaho Steelheads and picked up by the Pensacola Ice Flyers in the SPHL (Southern Professional Hockey League). Since then, he's had two assists in four games.
