It was quite the game for the Estevan Tap House Wolves on Thursday night during their home opener at Lynne Prime Park.

The Wolves poured the offense on the Arcola Threshers, in a dominant 26-9 victory. Dylan Lafrentz, Jolan Lingelbach and Austin Orsted each added a home run, helping the Wolves to their second straight win of the season.

It was more of the same for the Oxbow Chiefs as they cruised to their second straight victory, this time beating the Redvers A's 11-5. Both Oxbow and Estevan have combined for 33 runs each, in just two games played.

In a 7-3 win, the Carlyle Cardinals picked up their first victory of the season after tying their opener with the Carnduff Astros. The Southeast Fireballs fall to 0-2 with the loss.

One game on the schedule for Friday night will see the Kenosee Cubs host the Windthorst Pirates at 6:30.

All five teams will return to action on Tuesday, May 22, following the long weekend.
