On Wednesday evening the Southeast AAA Twins were shutout in Regina at the hands of the Athletics by a score of 3-0. It's been the same story line all season long for the Twins as they haven't been able to put their game together in one cohesive bond.

"Brett MacMurchy pitched a complete game giving up three un earned runs," explained Twins Coach Blaine Kovach as he spoke about the success of the teams pitching. "He pitched an amazing game and kept the team in it."

"We just couldn't quite get the bats going and left runners on base that we didn't drive home."

Once again, it was the minor details that prevented the Twins from a win.

"The boys played fairly well with just a couple of errors that came back to bite us in the end. We just have to polish our game, hopefully this weekend we can get back on track," Kovach concluded.

The Twins will have a massive opportunity this weekend with four games on the schedule.
