Another very successful Angel Tree Program campaign wrapped up on Sunday after once again showcasing the community's generosity.

"We're in a terrific position. The 'Gift Of Toys' on Thursday brought in so much stuff, as well as the past three days," shared Char Seeman following the final night of collections on Sunday.

One highlight from this year's program was the giving spirit displayed by a youngster.

"There was a young boy who, for his birthday, asked his friends to bring cash or gift cards. He came down here right after his birthday party, and bought everything and donated it to the toy store."

Next for the crew is setting up the store for folks to come and select for the children in need, then delivering the hampers.
