A few notable cases on the docket today at the Estevan Provincial Courthouse were adjourned to a later date. 

Shane Stainer was expected to be sentenced today after pleading guilty to unlawfully transporting a prohibited firearm in a careless manner as well as impaired operation of a motor vehicle. However, this matter was adjourned to February 5th. 

As well, Evan Garrow was scheduled to enter a plea to his charges of uttering threats, intimidation and failure to comply with an order. That was put over to March 1st which is the same date that he will have his preliminary hearing on charges related to the robbery of a convenience store in 2015.

Christopher Gibson also has his drug trafficking and possession charges adjourned to March 12.
