TeleMiracle 43 had a stellar cast this year, and as Saskatchewan continues to raise more than their share in support of all that TeleMiracle is a part of, it gains support from all kinds of artists.

Chris Henderson country artist raised in the Estevan area on being apart of TeleMiracle 43, "It was really great, it was my fourth time being a part of the national cast. Compared to other years I think its the least amount of sleep that I've had, but it was because I was having such a great time." Henderson goes on to say even with the lack of sleep he was excited to be a part of such an inspiring event. "You know we've got such a great cast there, and all the people doing the work behind the scenes. It's hard not to get caught up in the spirit of everything that's going on. The more I have been involved, the more they are trusting me to do a little more. It's a lot of fun I didn't want to miss a moment of it."

Henderson has not taken a back seat to TeleMiracle as he has been in the cast for a few years now, "I've been tasked with doing the overnight hosting for the last 4 years."

"We do some PR tours," Henderson adds, "It's great it gives the performers a chance to go around and thank those who have raised some major dollars towards the cause. It also gives a chance to see where some of those dollars are going. Great to see some of the great work that has been done by the Kinsmen foundation and Kinettes. As far as being one of the cast on the show, it's really nice to highlight those stories."

As for the most inspiring part of this years TeleMiracle 43 Henderson says, "We have a province or just over a million people and we end of raising 5.6 million and last year, 7.1 million, and you think about 5, 6, 7 dollars a person on average for our province, its kind of baffling. And to see the Kinsmen and Kinettes doing the work behind the scenes and doing this year round, I often tell them that they are angels on earth. And I really do believe that they are so selfless, and it inspires me to be a better person on an annual basis."

He has expressed a desire to continue on for next year, "I will be part of it until I'm in the ground if they keep asking me back."
