Neil Goertzen and Marian Ellson were adjourned to June 14th for a preliminary hearing.

Augustine Thomas was released on a recognisance and will appear again in court on May 14th.

It's another busy day at the Estevan Provincial Courthouse.

Among those on the docket are Neil Goertzen and Marian Ellson. They were arrested for possession and trafficking a controlled substance as well as firearms charges after a traffic stop near Frobisher on October 6th.

Augustine Thomas will also make an appearance today. He is charged with trafficking a controlled substance, possession of counterfeit currency and proceeds of crime. He was arrested in February while police were doing regular checks on individuals under court conditions.
